Light and perfect. Wavy to curly grey mixed hair. Never a conditioner user until this. Others left my hair limp and heavy. This stuff is amazing. Light and does the job perfectly.

The product is excellent however the pump did not work. I submitted a request to replace the pump the day after I received the product along with the invoice. Customer service instructed me to provide a photo however I'm not sure a static image would provide any support to my issue. I requested to buy one but you do not sell pumps. I might be acting uncooperative but I didn't agree with sending an image. I'm currently using a pump from another product that doesn't fit. I like the product but actually accessing it is tricky.

Sadly, the scent has changed again. It went from amazing to repulsive. Had to return. Like the product but the scent I can't do.

Love the feel and smell of this conditioner. Seems to really smooth out my hair without weighing it down.

I have bleach-cooked barbie hair and this conditioner makes my hair feel noticeably smoother and healthier. Between this and the bond-repair gloss, my hair has been given new life. For a long time I would only wear my hair up or in braids to hide all the breakage and fly-aways, and now I feel pretty wearing it down. The one thing I would change is a little less heavy of a scent.
