I purchased what I thought was the same conditioner in the past. It was in a blue bottle.
When I used the product in the blue bottle my hair felt soft to the touch. This conditioner feels no different then conditioners I purchased in the past at Walmart.

Nice product. Packaging needs work
I like variety of JVN products - how the work, frangrance, bottles, but the shampoo, conditioner and detangler pumps are terrible. AWFUL. they do not always work or stop working mid-way and then you are stuck getting the product out with your fingers directly from the bottle. NEEDS work

The Pump Won't Work!
Unfortunately the reviews are true, the pumps on these bottle do not work. Well, the shampoo is working for now but the conditioner just does not work. I didn't want to believe the reviews, but it appears they have fallen to normal corporate greed of getting the cheapest product so it's costs them less, but the customer is the one that suffers. I have reached out to customer support to see what they suggest. Very frustrating that I have to get support in order to use a product I paid for. Buyer beware...
