Domestic Orders

If you are not completely satisfied with your JVN purchase for any reason, we accept returns of domestic orders within 30 days of the date the order was shipped, for a full refund. JVN offers free return shipping when you use a Merchandise Return label, which is provided here. 

International Orders

We accept returns of international orders within 30 days of the date the order was shipped. Return shipping and any reverse duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact our team here to start this process.
