I love this shampoo and conditioner but every time I get it, I have an issue with the pump. I really think it would be best to send both the shampoo and conditioner bottles with a screw on lid and then put the pump opened separate in the same box. The pump never opens or it comes broken

I have waist length hair and ran quickly through the travel version of the Volumizing Shampoo, but of course have more to go on the Conditioner tube. It's conditioning without being greasy and easy to rinse out. I detangle with a wide toothed shower comb after applying and it allows the process to be relatively smooth. My hair is softer after using the duo and has more volume for sure, even though it is longer than a week between washes (mom bun life). I feel like I've come back to life a bit the next day--less greasy and tired. I'm a proponent of shampoo/conditioner bars, generally, but this is worth deviating for. Would LOVE to see a JVN line of bars to reduce waste and keep me out of baggage claim!

Full disclosure, I regularly clock over a week between washings and I have waist-length hair, so I burned through this travel size within like two washes. Most people will probably get more than a few, though. This lathers and cleans well. I like that it's not in a plastic tube, but also it's a little bit of a PITA because it's not in one. Getting the last bit out is always a challenge in metal tubes, which I dislike trying to finagle with in the shower. But hey, it pushed me into definitely buying the bottle. Gave lift to my hair and felt clean and soft the next day--highly recommend!

Where do I find frustrating? Is that I love all JB and hair products however, the shampoo and conditioner. The pump never works and I find it. Very frustrating.

I love the lightness of this hairspray. It gives amazing hold without feeling heavy and sticky.
