I never write reviews but wanted to share that this actually works. I've tried dozens of volumizing shampoos/conditioners and so glad I didn't give up b/c this one ACTUALLY WORKS. I have fine hair that's slightly wavy and all I ever want is voluminous, tousled hair, and this gives it to me, even after I sleep on it, even on the 2nd day. (I wash every other day.) I use this with the volumizing conditioner and Air Dry Cream. Also, I love the smell - very important. I had been using LolaVie restorative shampoo and conditioner, which makes my hair look very healthy, but also weighs my hair down in ways I didn't realize. Thank you JVN. I have a lot of flyaways, especially near where I part my bangs. I previously had been using a flyaway wand from Amazon, but it would leave white residue in my hair. Happy to report that this stick doesn't do that! I also like that this is a small stick because it doesn't create that piecey look that a wand would make. My only gripe is that it somewhat makes my hair look greasy in the spots I applied it to... but I guess I rather that than product residue/flakes ? Also, because the product is kind of waxy feeling, I noticed yesterday that little particles in the air will want to stick to my hair. For example, I noticed little specks in my hair part after cleaning out the dryer lint. It was easy to knock out of my hair once I noticed, but just something to be mindful of.
