I use this as a leave in conditioner (or the conditioner as leave in conditioner), it isn't heavy or greasy and it keeps my hair from flying all over (I have thick curly hair and can get 2-4 inches frizz - not sure this strategy would work for everyone). It's good for 1-2 days (sometimes 3 depending on what I am doing). And it is easy to comb through once it is time to dhoert again. It rinses out clean so I don't need to shampoo often (as I must do with most leave in products - gels, mousses, leave in conditioners, etc). Also - it doesn't contribute to dandruff like those other products do. Love it.

I wash my fine, just-barely-wavy hair 2 - 3 times per week. I use a lot of products, wear a lot of messy buns, live in a hot, sunny climate, and often use heat tools; this hair mask is a once week requirement. It leaves my hair nourished and ready for the upcoming week's shenanigans.
I use the regular nurture hydrating conditioner on the other wash days.

I felt my hair soft and more manageable after using this mask. My hair is color treated and curly and need to add moisture back into it. I try to do a mask 3-4x a month to keep my hair looking healthy. So far I’m liking this product and a great price point. The scent is lovely as well.
