I use this as a leave in conditioner (or the conditioner as leave in conditioner), it isn't heavy or greasy and it keeps my hair from flying all over (I have thick curly hair and can get 2-4 inches frizz - not sure this strategy would work for everyone). It's good for 1-2 days (sometimes 3 depending on what I am doing). And it is easy to comb through once it is time to dhoert again. It rinses out clean so I don't need to shampoo often (as I must do with most leave in products - gels, mousses, leave in conditioners, etc). Also - it doesn't contribute to dandruff like those other products do. Love it.

I wash my fine, just-barely-wavy hair 2 - 3 times per week. I use a lot of products, wear a lot of messy buns, live in a hot, sunny climate, and often use heat tools; this hair mask is a once week requirement. It leaves my hair nourished and ready for the upcoming week's shenanigans.
I use the regular nurture hydrating conditioner on the other wash days.

I was so excited for these products and honestly feel duped. My hair was feeling great, loved my products but thought I'd try these for extra moisture since being a flight attendant can be hard on your hair and body. Well, I used this and the air dry cream. Over a week later, I'm still trying to fix the dryness that this product left my hair. So sad.
